That’s a beautiful scene right there, everybody seems so content and at ease with each other.
I love quiet everyday life interludes strewn in now and then, particularly after exciting and fast-paced adventures like the last chapter.
Also, that house looks super-comfy 8)

I actually really enjoy drawing/writing scenes where the characters are just eating/drinking together while striking random conversation; I wish I got to do more of those, but then each episode would just drag on forever… and the adventure must go on!

I think it would be fine to put in little scenes like that once in a while when the story calls for it. Balances everything very nicely.
The pacing is well done in any case!
I’m not sure if Cruiniuc’s “sirrichard” is an actual typo or if he’s supposed to be unfamiliar with the title.
He’s unfamiliar with the title. Any name sounds plausible if it’s a foreigner.
